Welcome to the RXP Gold Assistant’s Guide to farming Primal Air in Shadowmoon Valley.

You have two different areas to choose from, the southern farm spot is usually contested, so you can expect some competition. Both northern and southern farm spots are near equal in terms of efficiency, so farm at your preferred spot.

Routes & Locations

Be prepared

Make sure your bags are empty, bring food, water and supplies if you plan on farming here for any extended period of time.

Skip the small stuff

Try not to pull anything other than air spirits as they don’t drop anything worth your time.

Competition

In case you encounter competition, move to the other area, no use fighting over mobs. Mobs at the southern farm spot have a dynamic spawn rate, meaning that as soon as every single air elemental is dead, 2 new mobs will respawn at a random location. If the area is super contested, it might be worth camping a cluster of mobs instead of running around.
