The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice
and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website
and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers
to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client
or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake
the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings
of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect
of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law
of Germany. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural,
capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Right of withdrawal
Customers expressly consent to the execution of the contract before the cancellation period expires. By buying a digital product the customer takes note that the right of withdrawal expires when the contract is executed.
Refund policy
Due to the nature of digital products and the instant access they provide, we generally do not offer refunds for completed orders.
Refund Eligibility
In certain exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests in our sole discretion. We do not guarantee the approval of your refund request. To be considered, your refund request must comply with our Refund Process and satisfy the following conditions:
- Product Not Downloaded: If you have placed an order but have not yet downloaded the product, you may be eligible for a refund. However, this is at our sole discretion and is considered an act of goodwill.
- Active Account Status: Your account must be active at the time of the refund request. Orders that are associated with deleted or inactive accounts are not eligible for refunds.
Refund Process
To be request a refund, please follow these steps:
Contact Support: Reach out to our customer support team within thirty (30) days of your purchase. In order for us to process your request, the following details must be provided in an email sent to support@rxp-media.com:
- the title “Refund Request” in the subject line with your order number.
- The email address associated with your account and your order number in the body of your email.
- A brief summary of the extenuating circumstances that necessitate a refund.
Refund Consideration: Our team will carefully review your request. Failure to provide the required information will automatically disqualify your request. If your request meets the eligibility criteria and is approved in our sole discretion, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
NOTE:
Please note that the decision to grant a refund is made in our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis and is an act of goodwill. As such, all refund decisions are final and not subject to appeal. We strive to provide excellent customer service, and our primary goal is your satisfaction. If you have any questions or concerns about our refund policy, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team.

We reserve the right at any time and in its sole discretion to request that you remove all links or any particular

Removal of links from our website
If you find any link on our Web site or any linked web site objectionable for any reason, you may contact
us about this. We will consider requests to remove links but will have no obligation to do so or to respond

Licensing of RestedXP Guides
Each RestedXP guide will only be licensed to work on any Battle.net accounts under the same legal name on the Battle.net website.
Free Guides are included with the addon and any user-created guides through the addon will not have this restriction.
Buying RestedXP Leveling Guides
When you buy a RestedXP leveling guide from the RestedXP team you buy the rights for a leveling guide that is usable in either an ingame World of Warcraft addon or an online webtool. In the case of the ingame World of Warcraft guide being unavailable you will be provided a website guide to use in it’s stead. As long as one of these guide options are distributed to the customer, you will be unable to refund due to the nature of our products.
