Welcome to the RXP Gold Assistant’s Guide to farming Primal Air, Fire, and Earth at the Elemental Plateau in Nagrand.

We will be killing Raging Fire-Souls for Motes of Fire, Storming Wind-Rippers for Motes of Air, Rumbling Earth-Hearts for Motes of Earth. This farm can support up to three players but is highly popular.

The main items you are farming in this guide are: Mote of Fire, Mote of Air and Mote of Earth

We’ve rated this farm as 4/5 contested which means the competition will be high and gold per hour can fluctuate.

Routes & Locations

Be Prepared

Make sure you bring a lot of food and water, and that you’ve emptied out your bags. These mobs are high level and the Fire/Air elementals deal magic damage, so make sure to have some sustain for longer farms.

Take Your Spot

This area can hold up to three people farming at once if you cooperate. There are 10-15 elementals of each type: Fire, Air, Earth and even Water a bit further north-west, so take one spot and try to kill as many as you can.

Competition

Make sure you know the prices for each primal so you can take the best spot. Because it’s a small area with high mob density, you will most likely lose efficiency through player competition. If your fellow farmers in the area refuse to cooperate and take the same elementals you’re after, consider moving to a slightly different area with elementals that give a slightly lower gold per hour.
