Know your route

Finding mote clouds can be different from mining and herbing as they tend to move around a bit so make sure to do a nice sweep of the zone and not miss any.

Consider another gathering profession

There is a lot of flying around in this farm and respawn time of clouds can be longer than what it takes you to do a lap so another gathering profession might add to the profit.

Grinding on the side

If another profession is not available, another option is killing some Bog giant mobs for motes of life in many areas of the zone when in downtime to possibly raise gold/hour rate.
