Item to craft: Reinforced Cobalt Shoulders, Reinforced Cobalt Helm, Reinforced Cobalt Legplates, Reinforced Cobalt Chestpiece.

You can learn the recipe for these item from Grand Master Blacksmithing trainers and can disenchant them with an Enchanting skill of at least 300. You need only 8 Cobalt Bars and 2 Crystallized Water to make them and is mainly disenchanted if you want to target Infinite Dust.
