Welcome to the RXP Gold Assistant’s Guide to Iron & Mithril Farm in Tanaris.

This is mining guide in the zone of Tanaris, you will be running around mining ore veins in areas with enemies with levels within ranges of 40-50. The route takes some time getting used to, specifically if you decide to delve into silithid caves and we recommend having skill level of at least 175. Enjoy the route and good luck farming.

Expected Items: Iron Ore, Heavy Stone, Mithril Ore, Solid Stone and some rare gems.

Be prepared

Make sure you empty out your bags, stock up on food and water and repair before you start on this farm if you plan on going for any extended period of time.

Silithid Burrows

Good way to scout Silithid caves for nodes is running over the surface if you know exactly where they are and then deciding if you need to go inside or not. You will spend additional time scouting but save time running around empty caves on foot.
